• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4 Withdrawals & Cash-Outs

• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals from bonus funds are not permitted until the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Large withdrawals may require additional verification.

5 Betting Terms & Conditions

The following rules apply when placing bets on BitJelly:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• In the event of a technical error or incorrect odds, BitJelly reserves the right to void bets or correct the odds.
• In-play bets placed after an event has concluded due to network delays may be voided.
• Strategic betting (arbitrage) across multiple accounts on the same event is prohibited.
• Maximum bet limits are set per event and market.
• Any bet linked to match-fixing or other illegal activity will be voided.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

BitJelly reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• When a member requests self-exclusion.

Members may also request account closure at any time — in such cases, the remaining balance will be returned (excluding any bonuses where wagering requirements have not been met).
